Lee Chambers named alongside Harry Styles and Tom Daley as a Marie Claire Future Shaper 2022

Lee Chambers, the psychologist and leading male ally, has been featured as one of five Marie Claire Future Shapers, showcasing male role models actively working to change the world to become more equitable.

Recognised for his work in the gender equity field, and his advocacy for menopause education and support in the workplace, he features alongside Harry Styles and Tom Daley. The award is given to those who are making strides for positive change and redefining masculinity in a positive way.

As someone who has continued to challenge gender stereotypes and perceptions, Lee said, “I’m humbled to be included in such esteemed company, and I will continue to dismantle systems that don’t serve us and challenge the stereotypes which are damaging to men and women alike. Having a brand like Marie Claire recognise my work is reinforcement that what I am doing is having a difference. It’s a big challenge, but knowing that I’m not alone in this makes a difference and propels me to make an even greater impact in 2023.”
